You should receive your water (utility) bill on or about the 1st of the even months (February, April, June, August, October & December).
Payment is due, without penalty, 30 days after the bill date. If a due date for a water bill falls on a weekend or holiday, the due date will be the next business day.
Penalty for past due water bills is 5% of the billing cycle balance.
Once you receive a shutoff notice, you have 30 days from the print date to pay your past due balance. Failure to pay by the due date will result in a door hanger being delivered to your property for final notice to pay. Failure to pay by the date on the door hanger will result in shut off of your water service.
