Business Development Incentive Program (BDIP)  

The Center Line Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is committed to attracting new businesses to be located in the Downtown Development Authority District. The BDIP Program is a grant program designed to offer proposed new businesses in the Downtown Development District startup capital.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Businesses in the DDA District.
  • Compliance to all the City of Center Line ordinances and codes.
  • Must be a business consistent to the Master Plan (examples include: Retail, Mixed Use, Brewery' s/Restaurants)
  • In addition to the BDIP, large developments may be granted a Commercial Rehabilitation Exemption.
