Why does my water bill show an estimate reading?
  • If your reading is estimated, it means your meter is not transmitting a reading to us. An appointment must be made to repair this part of your meter.
  • Appointments are:
    • Monday – Friday
    • 8:30am – 10am OR 1:30pm-3:30pm
    • An adult (age 18 or older) must be home at the time of the appointment
