Friends of the Center Line Library
Perhaps you have noticed recently that there are no bookstores in Center Line or nearby Warren. Look no further! You don't have to go to the mall, just stop in at the Center Line Library's Used Book Store! There are almost 1,000 hardcover books offered, with very low prices ranging from $2 to $25 (if it is signed by the author).
The creative savings in buying a very good condition used book for $2 goes hand in hand with our economy these days. We can be thrifty and still read the best in fiction, mystery or biography. The best of our paperbacks sell for $1.

FOUNDING FATHERS PROJECT
We are adding stories and pictures rapidly for our local history project.
We are looking to borrow old yearbooks and class pictures so our historian can microfilm them. They will be returned to you. This will enable them to be made available to our patrons. Do you know of someone who may have graduated in the 1920s, 1930s or 1940s? We want to rescue this history. Please help.
History and historic pictures of the Center Line area can be seen through the efforts of Mike Grobbel and local historian Wesley E Arnold. See more on Center Line History at: www.centerline.grobbel.org and geocities.com/ourlocalhistory
If you have something to add to the project about your own family, please contact Marjorie Murray at the library by calling 586-758-8274.
